Scope of the service
On-site survey
Walk-through of the installation: panelboards, circuits, protective devices, raceways, luminaires and equipment, with photographic record.
Technical assessment
Observations on what was found (visible condition, labeling, loads, items to check) as a basis for refurbishments or extensions.
Updated drawings
As-built drawings of the installation and single-line diagrams of the panelboards.
Existing documentation
Review, clean-up and update of previous drawings and documents of the installation.

Scope and clarifications
- The assessment describes what was observed during the survey; it does not replace a conformity inspection or specialized tests or measurements not included in the proposal.
- Visits outside the Coffee Region are quoted according to travel.
- Design is not an inspection or a certification of the installation: conformity of a built installation is declared by the installer and, where applicable, certified by an accredited inspection body.

What is an electrical survey for?
To know exactly what is installed before refurbishing, extending, coordinating with other disciplines or updating the building documentation.
Does the power need to be shut off during the visit?
Usually not; the survey is visual and documentary. If a point requires opening equipment, it is coordinated with the person in charge of the installation.
