Scope and clarifications
- Design values (illuminance, uniformity, glare) are set according to the use of the space and the applicable lighting regulation (RETILAP), and are stated in the report.
- A simulation is a design calculation: actual levels depend on the luminaires installed, the finishes and maintenance.

What does a false-color map show?
The calculated illuminance at each point of the work plane: each color corresponds to a lux range, which shows areas with too much or too little light.
Can you work with a specific manufacturer's luminaires?
Yes, if the manufacturer publishes the luminaire's photometric data; otherwise equivalent reference luminaires are used.
